Wakalex was the first exporter and manufacturer of Egyptian rice in Egypt. Wakalex has been the leading company of Egyptian rice for more than 45 years, with exports of more than 150,000 MT per year. Our laboratory and inspection system helps us in specifying our suppliers in order to secure a first class quality to our clients. We insure each grain of Egyptian rice is done with perfection and precision to acheive customers satisfaction.

 

Operating in our own mills, with top notch milling facilities and Sortex helps us refining our quality. Our quality control system which is built into each and every step of manufacturing such as milling, weighing, packaging, and shipping is our blend to such reputation and quality.

 

Our packaging unit is an ultra-customized custom request. We can pack in Polyethylene bags that comes in 1, 2, 5 KGS with customer private labels barcoded or with our own brands. Our packing is not just for the international market, but also available in all hyper markets in Egypt.

* These are the export standard specifications, but since we have our own mills, and quality assurance, the final product are less than these specs and can be written in the contracts (as per buyers request).
